Our Pilates practice is more than just exercise , it’s a space to connect, to be encouraged, and to discover the strength that already exists within you. Together, we move intentionally, build confidence, and create lasting change from the inside out.

  • Absolutely! All levels are welcome. we’ll guide you through each movement and provide modifications as needed.


  • Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. All you need is yourself, grip socks (available for purchase), and a positive attitude!

  • Yes — for your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required on the mat. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase in-studio.

  • Yes! I highly recommend booking a private or pre/postnatal-specific session so we can tailor the class to your unique needs and ensure a safe, supportive experience.

  •  Please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.

  • Absolutely! We’d love to host your celebration or wellness event. Reach out to learn more about studio rental options and group packages.
